On 2nd November 2020, AJO’s program team visited the sub-directorate of the State Cases in Balkh province. The purpose of the visit was to meet with the new recruited female interns for the State Cases Directorate in the province. In meeting with the Director of the State Cases Sub-Directorate, AJO’s program team briefed him about the internship program and also shared the working and reporting guidline, their pre-test assessment excersies and conducting orientation sessions. The Director of the Sub-Directorate appreciated ADALAT’s support for supporting the interenship program and promised to provide practical working opportunities and professional experience ehnahcmeent chances to the interns.
AJO’s program team met with the interns and conducted the planned orientation session which included information about the working guidelines structure, interns’ term of reference and reporting mechinsem, forms and formats developed and certified by the General Director of the State Cases with technical assitence of AJO/ADALAT team. AJO under ADALAT project, recruited 40 female interns in in 29 provinces for a 4months period.
