Indepth Training on New Criminal Procedure Law for New Prosecutors of Anti Terrorism Department

On 7th June 2014, AJO conducted 2nd training course on New Criminal Procedure Code for the prosecutors of ATPD. The training continued till 11th June and a total of 15 new prosecutors participated in this training program

The training program focused onn the following topics:

•    Investigation, Research and Seizure
•    Inciting criminal actions
•    Recruiting, Detention,Uunrevealed (Secret) acts
•    Investigation and Prosecution

The mentioned topics were presented in details  by instructors, considering all related laws of CPC. The participants were also involved during the sessions. They worked in groups  and presented their queries.

On 11th June, 2014, the training program ended with  conducting training closing and certificate ceremony. Mr. Noorullah Saddat, Head of ATPD, Dr. Wadir Safi, Vice Presented of AJO, and Prof. Nasirullah Khalid, Head of Training Department of AJO. The speakers encouraged  new prosecutors to take full advantage of the the contents of the course in implement them in their daily activities. At the end of the ceremony, participants were awarded with the program certificates.
