Seminar at Anti-Terrorism Prosecution Department On New Criminal Procedure Law

NEW CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LAW SEMINAR

On 6th August 2014, AJO conducted its 18th Seminar for professional members of ATPD in their office. A total of 13proseuctors attended the seminar.  The main topic of this seminar was Nullity of Proceedings in Criminal Cases. Prof. Shafe Salehi, a FarmaerProsectorlead the session and put light on the following matters:

•    Crime committed abroad 
•    Illegal detention
•    Investigation
•    Search
•    Nullification of interrogation; and
•    Nullification of decision 

The topics relevant discussion were well received by partcipants and suggestions were made to continue holding such session in future as well.
